Ideal chilled, by itself or in a cocktail, "LA TROUSSEPINETE"
is a range of aperitifs for you to discover.

LA TROUSSEPINETE is a traditional cocktail from the VENDEE region. It is produced by Wine and Liqueur maker, GERARD PAIGNON, in our cellar in ST-MARTIN LARS for our clientele in the Vendée and at PONS in CHARENTE-MARITIME for our other clients.

This is a delicious aperitif made from a base of wine, COGNAC and fruit orplants first soaked, then pressed to obtain their ‘’true taste’’.

LA TROUSSEPINETE is produced in many different flavours :
Blackthorn from wild sloes with red or white wine, Red Fruits or White Fruits,
Mirabelle Plum, Cherry, Raspberry, Peach, Walnut.

Ingredients : grape juice, COGNAC, macerated fruit or plants (min 120g per litre).
Alcohol : 17% vol. (Blackthorn) – 16%vol. (other fl avours).
