THE COMPANY

 

LISE BACCARA is an E.I.G. (Economic Interest Grouping) created in 1988 by its president Gérard PAIGNON. Its head office is to be found in PONS near to the famous town of COGNAC in CHARENTE MARITIME.

Since 2001, the company has had a second cellar at SAINT MARTIN LARS in VENDEE.
In 2009, LISE BACCARA set up premises in MONTREAL in order to provide a better service for its Canadian and American Clientele.

Coming from a long line of wine makers, Gérard Paignon is a keen and dedicated liqueur and wine producer, Over the years and thanks to a relentless dedication to his work, he has carefully developed a range of delicious aperitif and liqueur recipes which are appreciated today by professionals and consumers alike.
